PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the list price ("List Price") displayed for products on our Site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by ADV. Your purchases from third-party sellers of ADV products may be charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

POLICY REGARDING UNSOLICITED MATERIALS

ADV sometimes receives requests for submission of unsolicited scripts, music, business plans, ideas and other works and material that fall outside our normal communications with fans, viewers and customers (collectively "Unsolicited Materials").

Please do not send or otherwise communicate Unsolicited Materials. We do not want to receive Unsolicited Materials. Unsolicited Materials are subject to deletion or return or other action as we may determine in our sole discretion. If you submit Unsolicited Materials in violation of our policy then you agree that, in addition to this policy regarding Unsolicited Materials, our Submission Rules shall govern those Unsolicited Materials.

The Rights granted to ADV and its parent company, subsidiaries, assigns and licensees are: (i) Universal and worldwide; and (ii) Irrevocable and not rescindable; and (iii) Perpetual; and iv) Granted free-of-charge (x) at all times (present, past and future) and (y) under all circumstances and uses of any kind.
2. You agree that all of your Submissions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by any applicable law, we have the unrestricted and unlimited right to disclose any of same, or any part thereof, to any third party for, without limitation, (i) any reason whatsoever or no reason or (ii) any purpose whatsoever or no purpose or both 2(i) and 2(ii) all without payment or other obligation to you of any kind whatsoever.
